1. No Refund Policy for Digital Services

Mintora Artworks provides custom digital design services that are specifically created for each client. Due to the custom, non-tangible nature of our services, all sales are final with no refunds once the project enters production.

Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Custom design work cannot be resold or reused like physical goods.

3. Production Queue Commitment

Mintora Artworks operates on a limited-capacity basis to ensure premium quality. Once your brief is submitted, your project is locked into our workflow, triggering immediate allocation of professional resources:

5. Exceptions (Rare Circumstances)

Refund May Be Considered If:

Discretionary: All exception refunds at Mintora's sole discretion. Processing takes 5-10 business days.

6. Chargeback Policy

We do not honor chargebacks. All disputes must go through our support (connect@mintora-artworks.com). Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:

  • Service termination
  • Collections action for full amount + fees
  • Legal action in Colorado courts
  • Blacklisting from future services

7. EU Consumer Rights Notice

EU consumers have 14-day withdrawal rights for off-the-shelf digital content. Our custom design services are expressly excluded as they are:

  • Produced specifically at your direction
  • Delivered immediately upon brief approval
  • Non-standardized digital content
